On Reddit, a fan explained that they were also an extra on the set of Reese's film 'How Do You Know.' The extra, who said that everyone else on set treated them "like cattle," explained that their job was to appear as a dog walker (with the actor's own dog).
Between scenes, the would-be actor was situated near Owen Wilson, Reese, and Reese's makeup artist, they explained. But although most actors and other crew ignored the dog walker, Reese paid plenty of attention to the dog walker's dog.
Reese petted the pup, asked the extra about their life, and basically, they explained, "pretty much made my life."
The thing is, it's not really surprising to hear that Reese was so sweet to someone she didn't know. In fact, other actors (relatively minor compared to Reese, admittedly) even endorse her on Quora as being "kind, smart, professional, honest, unpretentious" and tons of other charming adjectives.
Though there have been a few rumors about Reese being rude, the fact that so many people peg her as honest and up-front -- basically a go-getter -- could explain that fact. After all, Reese is not the type of celebrity to let other people walk all over her, especially when it comes to her creative license on projects that matter to her.
Fortunately for Reese, her long career and hard work mean that she's now free to do pretty much any project she wants -- at the pay rate she commands.
