According to Insider, the home wasn't short on space or luxury.

"The home, described by the Journal as a "French Normandy Revival property," has four bedrooms and comes with a swimming pool, ample outdoor space, and a championship tennis court."

"The French Normandy Revival-style home, which sits on 1.2 acres, includes a spacious outdoor area for dining and entertaining."

Pitt and Aniston bought the home in 2001 from entertainment attorney, Ken Ziffren. Jonathan Brooks was the one who purchased the home in 2006 from Brad and Jen. Brooks is a hedge-fund executive.
