Emma Watson gave her Facebook followers a major exclusive – the first look at the movie poster of upcoming live action Disney film, Beauty and the Beast. 

The magical and enchanted rose that haunts the Beast is featured on the poster.

In the retelling of a tale as old as time, Emma stars as Belle. Dan Stevens will play the Beast. The characters will retell the story of love and compassion.

Beauty and the Beast will be released to theaters in March 2017.  In addition to older fans going to see the film, they will also be able to experience the magic with their children.

Fun Fact: This year marks the 25th anniversary of the 1991 Disney animated film. Therefore, Disney will be releasing an anniversary edition. On September 20, 2016, it will be released to DVD and BluRay. Starting September 6, 2016, the film can also be purchased digitally.

The one minute and twenty-nine second teaser definitely leaves fans wanting more.

Disney has found a way to connect with older audiences by releasing live action films. Recently, they released Alice in Wonderland and Cinderella. Both films were successful and hopefully, Beauty and the Beast will have the same success. Disney has also announced several more live action films in the future.
