Another 2020 NFL first-round draft pick signed his rookie contract this week as training camp draws closer.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Denver Broncos signed Jerry Jeudy to a four-year rookie contract worth $15.192 million. The deal is fully guaranteed, and it comes with a signing bonus of $8.61 million, per Rapoport.

Jeudy was drafted 15th overall by the Broncos. He was regarded as one of the top three can't-miss wide receiver prospects, along with former Alabama teammate Henry Ruggs (12th overall to the Las Vegas Raiders) and Oklahoma standout CeeDee Lamb (17th overall to the Dallas Cowboys).

23 of the 32 2020 first-round draft picks have now signed their rookie deals, with many of them taking place this week.

Jeudy posted 77 receptions for 1,163 yards an 10 touchdowns in his final season of college. In 2018, he recorded 68 catches for 1,315 yards and 14 touchdowns. He helped the Crimson Tide win the 2017 National Championship game over the Georgia Bulldogs.

Broncos president of football operations and general manager John Elway heavily prioritized the offense this offseason. For starters, he signed Pro Bowl running back Melvin Gordon in free agency to complement two-time 1,000-yard rusher Phillip Lindsay.

After drafting Jeudy, Elway used his second round pick (No. 46 overall) on Penn State wide receiver K.J. Hamler. These three newcomers will complement second-year quarterback Drew Lock (who won four of five starts), Lindsay, rising star receiver Courtland Sutton and promising tight end Noah Fant.

The Broncos have missed the playoffs in each of the past four years since winning Super Bowl 50, and they've recorded three straight losing seasons. But with a new-look offense and a championship-caliber defense leading the way, Broncos fans have good reason to be optimistic about a turnaround in 2020.

Elway also added Pro Bowlers in cornerback A.J. Bouye and defensive tackle Jurrell Casey in offseason trades. If the newcomers can make immediate impacts, the Broncos could very well return to the postseason in 2020.
